Paleo Nut Bread

I LOVE THIS BREAD!

There. I said it.

Scrumptious grain-free nut bread!

This bread is so yummy and delicious I’ve been making it every week. (Again—totally NOT Whole30, but I’m not trying to stick to Whole30 right now, aight?) It’s sweet, moist, delightfully crumbly, but sturdy enough to slice and sink your teeth into. The best description I can think of is a cross between a Larabar and banana bread.

French Toast Scramble

Grain-free, Paleo French Toast Egg Scramble
Mmmm! I can just smell that sweet, warm, cinnamonny, syruppy, mess of eggs right now!! Yum.

I love eggs.

Let’s just get that out of the way first. Some people complain about how boring it is to eat eggs for breakfast. I could seriously eat them every day (and I practically do!).

But even I will admit that switching between sunny side up, scrambled, hard-boiled, and even occasionally poached gets old after a while. Continue reading
